The article is devoted to the study of conceptual foundations and practical approaches to ensuring the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises through the lens of socio-psychological management. The relevance of the research stems from the growing need for the Ukrainian agricultural sector to adapt to conditions of uncertainty, ecological pressure, war-induced disruptions, and transformations in labor relations. The study examines key theoretical interpretations of sustainable development and substantiates the importance of incorporating intangible factors such as emotional climate, leadership style, internal communication efficiency, social trust, and employee psychological support into strategic enterprise management.
The author proposes an indicative model for assessing the level of socio-psychological management, based on five interrelated components: psychological climate, leadership style, communication openness, employee engagement, and the system of emotional support. Using this model, an empirical diagnosis was conducted on three agricultural enterprises located in Central Ukraine. The findings revealed a strong correlation between the level of socio-psychological management and indicators of human resource stability, innovation adoption, employee initiative, and social cohesion within the workforce.
The article demonstrates that integrating socio-psychological management into the strategic management system significantly enhances organizational resilience, increases adaptability, and contributes to the long-term competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. The results of the study can be used to improve HR policies, strengthen corporate culture, and support the implementation of sustainability-oriented development models based on ESG principles.
